USB Yoke with PC rudders

Postby OO-RBP » Thu Jul 01, 2004 3:16 am

Hi  all,

Im about to  receive a "thrustmaster elite rudder(PC)" , because my CH pro pedals(usb) broke down.  So I am ending up with a  USB Yoke and a PC rudder

My question is, can I use the 2 devices together in any flight sim? or do I cancel  the rudder (free gift)

With  kind regards

Do you mean by PC the gameport, i.e. that funny (16 pin?) (Red?) socket coming out of your sound card?

Depending on what version of windows you are running, and what kind of drivers are included, you should be able to use both with little or no difficulty...:-)

I have the Elite Rudders. I don't remember drivers for it. You may have to set up a "other" joystick just for the rudders. Normally, they would be configured with the "With Rudder/Pedals" option, but since your yoke is USB, that may not work.

They both will work perfectly, until you open windows.
