Innerworkings of Intellimouse? >:(

Does anyone know how to take a MS Intellimouse Explorer apart? I hav had mine for 2 years now and is is gettin gummy and full of grime inside. :P >:(
I cant tell how to take it apart since there are no screws or brads on the outside or for that matter as to how Dumcrosoft put it together in the first place. >:(

If it has little feet (pads) on the bottom try removing them you might find a screw under them?
If not a hammer and screwdriver would be a good option. ;D
And be sure too have some duct tape handy for reassembly ;)

NOPE!!! I just wasted the pads on my mouse and there was nothing under them! :P

get yourself an optical mouse and you won't have to worry about cleaning it!

AMEN to that! I've had mine for about two years now, and only problem I had was installing drivers within windows 98...:-)

Sicne then I've upgraded without any trouble...
