Congratulations! I can download airplanes from school at a very fast rate, but while at home I'm only running at 56K....SO I download files at the school and take them home at the end of the day :-) I suppose it is kind of abusing the system, but dagnabit I give them enough money!

:-)

I'm new to this high speed stuff too (had cable and it was "ok"). Got DSL.. they promised 1.5mbps  but it says I'm getting 100.0mbps.. surely that's not possible.. I'm calling tomorrow.. or should I keep my mouth shut  ;)

I'm paying for 1.5  and getting  100.0 !

that's why I just might be quite  ;D

I have a feeling they "choke" it down.. as the area gets busier.. or after they get your line "tweaked". We'll see.

Comcast will usually cap you at around 300mb dn and 128mb up.  That's what I had until I moved into this apartment and now have  a t1 line.  I love it.

Hi all...!
When all you chaps over there are raving on about your super-dooper, high-speed, Internet connection, could you inform us over this side of the pond just how much all this is costing you.. ::)...?

Cheers... ;D...!

Simply fill out the required info, and run the test, very accurate, I have a 1MBPS subscription, and I am getting 1.4MBPS

Yeah, I thought that seemed outrageous..  I'm getting 1.3mbps  .. I'll take it..
