problem with quick combat

problem with quick combat

in quick combat everything is like twice normal speed i reinstalled cfs3 and it still does it...does anyone know why? i thought at first it was simulation rate like on cfs2 you can adjust that,like i had hit the button to increase the rate accidentally but i went through the controls and didnt see anything for sim rate any ideas on how to fix it?
