campaign errors

Ugg, When I first install cs3 everythings fine untill I install the update to 3.1 then I cant launch campaign at all says something about HQ and front line or something I did what Microsoft knowledge base said but no good. I cant join any online servers either protocol mismatch. Its the boxed version.

If you don't  make a "private pilot" in free flight before going into campaign, then you are "shot" out.
You have to do this in all, both us, uk and ger.
Hope you know what i mean.

Did you try a campaign before installing the patch?

Have you tried starting a new campaign?

Have you (as suggested already) created a pilot for said campaign?



For the online problem, quite a few people seem to be having issues with that. Personally I've never tried the multiplayer so I'm afraid I cannot help you with that.

I created a pilot but no go, I does work before applying patch.

Try and move your saved files in docs/cfs3/campaign to another place, and see if the game will allow you to make some new pilots.
