Screen Shots how you upload them, Help appreciated

I have taken a few Screen Shots that I would like to share with you guys but do not know how to upload them. Can someone

Top of the page there is a link that says "Upload Images". There are instructions on how to post them in the image forums which is where screenshots should be posted.
