Hehehe, the most reliable guy would be you, LOL.
Serious, it's not forbidden to request an aircraft,
but those few who actually deal with the design software are usually full involved with their own projects.
Mind you, making accurate aircraft is a long and tedious task.
Think in month and years rather than days or weeks if you're limited to freetime designing.

get the required software here:

You'll also need a paint program like Adope Photoshop or Paintshop Pro. These are either pay- or shareware.
Next you'll need tools to create the flight dynamics.
