I have a problem.

Every time an immediate action is done I get a stuttering Pit-pit noise.  Can somebody help me? I have even rebuilded my PC and It got worse.

Hiya civet, well I think you'll have to give some more info on this such as your system specs, sound card, vid card, and so forth.
has it just started doing this?, if so what changes have you made lately such as an upgrade, or addition of some software, or any change in  configuration ect.
I of course am no expert by any means but those who are, will need to know about the circumstances of the problem.

Hello, I'm civet but in my old account catsup.  I don't know what my video card is but my computer is a pentium 4 designed for XP which it runs.
