CFS3 nationality expantion kit (questions)

I dowloaded all 3 nationality expantion kits, and I have some questions.

First of all where can I download new Pilots for the new Nationalities

Second WHen I try to start a campain for a new nationality, It says no bases availible or something like that?

now when I try to continue my British campaign I started before I installed the Nationality Pack it doesn't load and just says No Production center for AUSTRALIA defined. I WASN"T Even playing as AUSTRALIA.

It saidin the readme to finish your cmpns before you installed it.
