Reasonable Expectations?

It seems to be somewhat universal.  I have a slight stutter on my machine.  Running XP  SP1, 512mb ram, ATI 9500 pro 128mb and a P4....  The stutter seems to happen every now and then, but I hardly notice it.  I am running my sliders just shy of max.  My FPS range from 15-35 depending on what is going on, ofcourse.

I went back to ME from XP because XP was crashing on almost a weekly basis and after the third re-install of everything I owned I got a little peeved!  I have been running ME for 4-6 months and have upgraded back to XP now.  If it carries on working I will be a very happy bunny.
