Low res panel did the trick. so thats a good fix for now. i'll have to get a new vid card to realy fix the issue.

i have done a panel for the FoxFour B26. and i guess i have to do one for every aircraft i get from now to till i replace my card.

Ty guys for your help and input. now as to the original Win7 problem give it a try.
