Full-Scale Nuclear Blast for CFS2

I've just uploaded a means to create a full-scale nuclear blast in CFS2.  The concept was developed by Bismarck13 during a joint project we were working on a couple of years ago.  It has never been released, but with all of the new nukes being developed, it seems a good time to do so,  It should be available for download tomorrow.  :D

Unfortunately, I left a needed FX file out of the FullscaleNuke.ZIP just posted.  :-[

The missing file (fx_gndexpl_l2.fx) has now been uploaded and hopefully will be available for download shortly.  :-/

The blast lasts several minutes from start to finish.
