New SimV Format

The new SimV site is going online as I type.   It will provide a more organized system for accessing CFS2 download files...and particularly will resolve the download speed issues for members when working outside of the CFS2 New Files section.  ;)

It is very nice, plus it provides a more secure environment AND it has eliminated the problem of members losing their high-speed download capability in the older file sections of CFS2.  ;D
