Avon Sabre CA-27

Sometime ago we put together an Avon Sabre CA-27 package for our Aussie pilots (OK, our only Aussie pilot...Ravenna), and an airfield for them to fly from.   However, we did not give her a complete armament, which included special pylons to carry the AIM-9 Sidewinder.  Now we're correcting that with a new DP, pylon set and 8-second timed AIM-9 missile.   She'll  be ready for posting soon. 

The Nationalist Chinese F-86s also used this setup to combat Chinese MiGs over Quimoi and Matsu in the late 50's.
