Loading disc to play

Is there away around having to load the disc to run program,or did i miss something in the install???
Also how do you do multiplayer, can't seam to get a connection?

Yes, there is a way to load without the CD once you have done the initial install.  It is not something that is covered in the installation...strictly an after-market item
