That would bee very helpful especialy for our new members. Hey Corsair Freak how is it going with that new project about building a SDK for this program. Have you heard anything about it.

I haven't got a clue... CFS2 is the only flight sim I use and because it doesn't have a proper SDK, I don't even know what one would include.

Update: I got the George's DP done about 10 min. ago. The only thing I have left to do is ships missing their smokestacks, and the brack-drawn carrier positions. Then it's off to the beta testers.

If anyone wants to be a Beta tester for the patch send me a PM with your E-mail and I'll try and get it to you tonight.

I was inquiring about it. Yes it would nice if some one can figures it out and build one. Perhaps this could increase the numbers of developers dedicated to this Sim.

Hi James,

I wish I did, but I don't even have the knowledge of how to make scenery, or aircraft... I'm just a tinkerer, I play with payloads or try and fix an aircraft that doesn't do what I want it too. Someone else with alot more knowledge than me would have to take up that challenge.

I'll upload the Patch tomorrow, so it should be up here at Simviation on Tuesday, if you would like it earlier you can get it at Sim-Outhouse tomorrow.

That isn't an SDK. It's the idea I mentioned much earlier, and an idea Stratobat mentioned, I think he did it in a WW&C thread in the CFS2 forum (on SimV). The basic idea is you make multiple installs of CFS2. Each install is about a different part of WW2. And it doesn't have to be WW2, or even a war! Someone uploads packs and the package replaces all the aircraft, campaigns, GSL, scenery etc if you know what I mean.
