Folded Wings Carrier planes.

I down loaded B24Guy Folded Winged planes for carrier deck. I have not beign able to figure out how to make them to work properly.

Please if you figure it out, please tell us. This is one of the few glaring CFS2 weakness. It will improve the immersion factor for this program tremendously.

Help appreciated.

Sorry to hear. I don't know if his wings folded are here or if the file here is actually his: http://www.simviation.com/cfs2scenery16.htm If it isn't B24 guy's work then maybe you could use the pack on this page.

If it is his but just doesn't have 'B24Guy' on it's description then tell me and I will try help you out, err, tomorrow, maybe? (PS: It's night time where I am, I'm up late!).

I just downloaded the file to check it out. The file contains 7 folders with names like avenger_fold. (These only need a Model folder as the Panel, Sound & Texture are aliased to the default aircraft from Aircraft.cfg.) Paste these folders into CFS2\Aircraft in the usual way to install them. I'm no great shakes with the mission builder but they will then display on the Aircraft or Infrasructure menu like any other 3rd party aircraft. Each one is configured in 3 different variations so watch out for the 100 plane limit.

As it says in the Readme: Getting them on aircraft carrier decks is your problem. HA HA
