can someone please help me. i have boxes in my view that show altitiude, speed and heading.how can i get rid off them.i press f7 and they go but when i change view they reappear.

Press the W key.

Which panel is this? From your description it sounds like a 3rd party panel with a HUD. In this case open Panel.cfg of the panel you're using in Notepad & change the visible=1 value under [Window00] to visible=0
Exit Notepad saving changes & see if that fixed it.

it is the seafury from fox four where this shows up hagar.

sorry hagar i have not read the pilots notes i am someone who just installs and then fly!!!!.
i have only just downloaded the campaign and i am still setting up my saitek x45 and getting it just right before i actually start campaign.i have just been flying in free flight and quick combat so far to get the hang off the fury and assignments for x45.

i have tried your tweak hagar and still it is still there it was already on 0.i can get rid of it by pressing f7 or going to menu bar an unticking the hud option, but as soon as i change to no cockpit or 3d cockpit and change back they appear again.

I just checked it out myself. The panel is configured correctly with the HUD off by default so shouldn't need tweaking. It works fine for me. Not sure why you're having problems. It might be better to mail me so we can sort this out.
