Problem with a German Campaign

Postby Adrocles » Sun Apr 10, 2005 12:56 am

Hi guys

I'm new here but I've played this game for years, however I recently downoaded the 1939 War Polish Campaign and really loved it, now I tried the Fall Weiss Campaign which looked a lot like the German side of the same Campaign, up to at least the 7th Mission everything went ok with the exception of the German Medals that can't be showed for a reason I'm oblivious to. but when I start the 7th (?) Mission which is about straffing a Civilian Column, the Mission shows a bug and the entire campaign won't play anymore.

At first I had trouble with both the Polish Campaign and the Fall Weiss Campaign because the JU-87 was missing but I corrected it by adding one from the Axis Europack I found on another site.

Can anyone give me some answers on what's wrong with the Fall Weiss Campaign? When I started playing it I thought it was a great add on but I was dissapointed when I saw that bug.

Update: I've tried to dowload it again with different versions and it always end up the same, I think I got the problem with the Fall Weiss Campaign, it looks like Mission #8 is "Missing" or at least simply won't play on that computer of mine.

I'm growing desperate for an answer, please help :(

I would contact the creator of the campaign and ask if there is a known problem with this.

I already thought about that but the e-mail adress doesn't even work anymore, at least not the one in the read-me files.

So...Where to next?  :(

Ok I forgot here are my system's specs

Modified HP 6730
OS: Windows 98 (Second Edition)
RAM: 192 MB
VideoRAM: Radeon 9200SE PCI Version (132 MB)
CD Burner: 52x/24x/52x Sony Burner
CPU: Intel Celeron 600 MHZ
Hard Drive: 10.2 GB
Screen: TVM 14in

I know that's not the best Computer around but I should have a better one in September, and even with the original specs I was able to play CFS2

Original Specs

CPU: 600 MHZ Intel Celeron
CD Rom: 48x
Screen: See above
Video Card: 11 MB RAM
SDRAM: 64 MB
OS: Windows 98 Second Edition
Hard Drive: 10.2 GB

I think that's about it for now.

Adrocles I think your campaign was developed by some guys in Poland. I found the Web site a long time ago.

It had a patch for that campaign. Unfortunualy my PC at that time broke down and I had to reformated it from scratch.

In the process I lost the Web site . Maybe some other member could find it for us.
