Questions on gvi,gvr, and gvt files.

This is my first post, so cut me a little slack.
I've just started to create some missions in the ETO and I was wondering if anyone knows a location for downloads of the above gvi,gvr, and gvt wingman command files in German ?
I've used some of the wave files from my old CFS game to add to the missions for British and German accents, but would like to duplicate the wingman commands like they are in Japanese. I was wondering if the CFS2 games sold in Germany are in English or in German ? That would be a good place to get them, if they exist.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

Yes, I've got those already. I was looking for the "Wingman Commands" in German, and if possible, British English.  I was wondering if the CFS2 games that are sold in Germany, are in English, or in German. If they are in German, someone could always upload those files.
The wingman commands in CFS3 are different, and won't work.
