What do you wish to do? For conventional scenery FSSC works well with CFS2. http://www.fssc.avsim.net/

PS. I see from another thread you wish to create object library BGLs (sometimes called an Exploding Objects Library). This is more difficult & involves "SCASM editing" - decompiling an existing object before manually editing it & recompiling. There used to be a tute on this somewhere. I'm not sure if it's still around.

Try a search for CFS2 Exploding Objects or similar. I found this on Google. http://www.elwood.freeserve.co.uk/objects.htm
It's for CFS1 but it will give you some idea of what's involved. It will depend on which type of objects you had in mind. Apart from CFS2 external weapons for adding to DP files I never had any success with library objects myself in either CFS1 or 2.
