Am I missing something, or do verey few of the add-ons for CFS-2 have bomb sights for the bomber type aircraft? The Ar-234 has one, of sorts, but none of the others I have fouund so far. Any way to add one to those that don't have it?
If the bombsight is a pop-up window in the panel you should be able to add it to the panel of any aircraft. You would need some knowledge of editing Panel.cfg.
Alternatively you could add this entry to CFS2.cfg.
[CHEATS] bomb_trainer=1
It will add a bombsight to all aircraft. This can be useful but if anything it's too accurate & can be a nuisance. There's no way to toggle it from within the sim so it's either on or off.

Actually, what I was looking for is a level bombing sight like the Norton in large bombers. So I have taken the one that comes with the ar-234 and revised it to make my own. If anyones interested, I'll release it once it's worked up.
As most of the level bombers are missing descent bomb sight I'm always happy to see another one. I have been using the one that came with K. Malinowski and J. McDaniel's Ju88's http://www.simviation.com/cfs2aircraft53.htm.
I assume you now know how to add the sight panel to any aircraft?

The screenshot works for me, try right clicking on it and use the "open in new window" link.
Yes, it can be added to any aircraft, I'll check out the JU88 sight tonight and see if it's better. Mine is based on the one in the AR234 (same one???), but with added features like guages for AS/Alt/Hdg and autopilot.
I am doing three versions, english, german, Japanese.
Back in CFS1, the standard bombsight seemed to be One_Eagle's - found on http://www.multicfs.com.
I remember it worked fine for me - based on my (limited) understanding of how panels go together, etc., I see no reason why it wouldn't work in CFS2 provided you brought the gauges over with it.
Well, I've come up with my own bomb sights and uploaded the package so it should be available soon. It has versions for Army, Navy, German and Japanese aircraft. The only drawback is that installation requires editing the panel.cfg file quite a bit, but all the instructions are there. Enjoy!
