Does CFS2 have the add window/view option

I have never played CFS2.  Does CFS2 have the add window option that allows a different view to be selected within that window, such as in FS2002?  If so is it possible to stretch and move the window.  Even better, is it possible to stretch the instrument panel across the span of the 2nd window view such as some panels in fs2002 can do.  CFS3 left out all of these options.  Thank You

Yes. You can open as many new windows/views as you wish although this will obviously affect frame rates.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. The CFS2 panels are very similar to those in FS2002.
