Max number of planes

I just want to make sure I'm clear about the maximum number of planes, and that it is the number of folders for aircraft that matters and not how many repaints/[fltsim.x] entries there are.

Is this correct?

I suspect it's the number of installed aircraft as the actual amount seems to vary considerably. By this I mean the [fltsim.x] Aircraft.cfg entries rather than number of folders or AIR files. These are the entries recognised by the MB which I assume is the only reason for it. No other M$ sim has a similar limit on amount of aircraft installed. If I'm correct, this would include your repaints.
