Where are the ground targets?

New user here.  I just got CFS2.  How can I fly single missions against ground targets, especially ships and trucks?  When I select single missions, there are only air-to-air.  
Real pilots fly below 1,000' , below 100 knots with the window open!

The only stock ground suport mission I know of is in the campaign, but I'm sure you can find what you want here on Simviation.
