Has Any one seen a He-115

Ive been looking around for a He-115 to finish some missions ive created but couldnt find one.

Mathias Pommerien of the Ground Crew Design Team had a 115 about 80% finished, but is more involved with CFS3 stuff just now.  There are a lot of people nagging him to revive it.  He also has a Walrus nearly ready.
