night panel lighting

With a number of CFS1 add-on missions now featuring night sorties, has anyone found out how to switch ON the panel instrument lighting on imported aircraft?   I seem to remember reading somewhere that CFS1 doesn't support panel lighting on imported aircraft.    Maybe, someone out there has found a way?

You might like to try a searck for Chuck Dome's little MakePink utility. This adds the soft "pink" backlighting to gauges that don't have this feature. It's been a long time & I don't know if this will do what you want.
