Nicely done Dave... :clap:

One of the many aircraft I never got to fly along with the Spitfire, Halifax, Lancaster, Hurricane, SE5A, Sopwith Camel, Bristol F.2 and a few more.

The Picture Show of Dunkirk has some wonderful scenes of the Spitfire....One of the best movies made next to Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines... <<q

hat particular plane is a pleasure to fly in a sim. If the real life plane is like that, I'd like to ride in one.

I suppose that it doesn't matter, with the whole aircraft being cloth covered, but that fuel tank between the pilot and rear gunner would make me a little leery.



A stray thought.

If there was a multiplayer game where you could be a rear gunner....

I'd go for that. :D

Of course, you'd need real live pilots to fly all of the planes. Otherwise it'd be just another videogame.

Give the stringbag a try its a free download from http://www.flyingstations.com/ they also have free carriers to download. If you want something a little bit different the wyvern is also a free download.
