Another Problem

Good evening Stephane...

It helped by taking some of the Black Squares away but not all...

Lights like Rotating Beacon will not Rotate or Nav Lights do not show on wings but there is a reflection like they are on...

Perhaps I should move the Sliders in the Game to see what is happening

CEJ4 is an orbx freeware scenery n'est pas?
Isn't there some sort of base library that you have to install to make orbx sceneries display properly?

OK...Black boxes gone on Landings...a few squares along shoreline but disappear as get closer...

Nav Lights and Rotating Beacon only show the Reflection that the Lights are on and do not show the Brightness of the Nav Lights or Rotating Beacon Working...

Thanks again folks...getting closer to being back to Normal I hope...

When you finally get every thing back to normal I strongly suggest that you make a complete copy of FSX Just put it on a DVDR. Mind you that I do not think you can use the copy to install fsx with, but you will now have a copy of every folder that is in fsx. You might want to back up you fsx,cfg file as well.
By doing this you will avoid things like this.

Good morning all...

Great idea Gary...did find an original copy of FSX CFG. File that I must have backed up when I used Bojotes Tweaks...they also store a copy but could not access it.

Installed it and Textures look great again, no Black Boxes around Lights, water landings look great.

However I still can not get the Nav Lights to show...they only show the reflection, the Rotating Beacon will not rotate...it only shows a reflection...

Think I have had enough and am going to DELETE Everything and Anything that belongs to Microsoft FSX Deluxe and Acceleration including REX and Orbx....probably won't get anything reinstalled till the Autumn as too ticked off with this thing.
