Thursday morning.

Image

Egg.
Bacon.
Onion rings.
Tomatoes.
Pre-boiled and fried Potato slices.

Bread and Butter.

..and a hot cup of Tetley Tea to wash it down!

While I'm not a fan of onions, it still looks like a tasty meal!

It's 8:00 AM here, and I'll probably have Bacon & Eggs, with hash brown potatoes. Or maybe it'll take a 'south of the border' flavor, with some Green chili, refritos and rice... we'll see.

I think I mentioned it before, but various members of the Onion family are very good for you, especially your Tummy!... :dance: ...!

Most of my pan frying is "fat-free", with everything fried gently in Virgin Olive Oil...which is also good for you!

An Onion a day keeps the Doctor away!... :D ...!

Boiled Onion: Good for keeping coughs and colds at bay!

In my dreams I would have had about three rashers of bacon with that (even if it does give you cancer) and a few mushrooms, with the bread fried in the mushroom juice – is a like a my mama used to make a!

In reality, I just had a mug of coffee and a biscuit :(

Most of my early morning cooked breakfasts suffer in competition with my mid-day dinner preparation!

I just cant wait to get my mid-day Dins on the go....early every the morning!
