I am sure this guy is a future Darwin nominee.......

1. Buy a TASER.
2. Go to kitchen and get yourself a knife.
3. Put knife between your teeth.
4. Put TASER in close proximity of the knife.
5. Activate TASER.
6. Fall over.
7. Flap about like a fish on the floor.
8. Get up and exclaim surprise at how "stunned" you are feeling

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

A short list of other "famous last words":

"Hold my beer...."

"What could possibly go wrong...."

"I've done this a million times..."

"Geronimo!"

"You first..."

"Me first!"
