Seems kinda phoney. How could a Dog talk to the guy with the rifle. Our Dog is pretty smart and he only says "Woof Woof" and stuff.
Secondly, where did the Dog learn to use a Spotting Scope? was he an Army Dog or sumpthin before?

I don't buy it, looks like a setup between the Sniper guy and the Dog to fool us and make us look stoopid.
