F/A-18E,F & G by Daisuke Yamamoto virtual cockpit fix

Having recently come back to flight sims I've been downloading a number of new aircraft into FSX. With the F/A-18E model by Daisuke Yamamoto http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1&keywords=FA18EX.zip&x=23&y=8 in the virtual cockpit mode the view outside the aircraft was blacked out. This is a problem as I have learned with certain aircraft designed for earlier versions of FS. After a search on the problem I found the solution here at Simviation http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1&keywords=fa-18efgv2.zip&x=17&y=13 & at FlightSim.Com http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?searchid=44356615. For the E model it required swapping out some (but not all) of the model files & replace the sh_cockpit.bmp in every texture file. Why post about something I've figured out the problem..? Usually Simviation will have updates/fixes for aircraft together, in this case they are not & had a bit of trouble finding. Also internet advice offered a myriad of solutions. I ran this model in a previous version of FS, knew it was an extremely good one. Was worth the time getting it straightened out & worthy of passing on info. to others who may encounter the same problem. I couldn't find the answer in the forum database when I looked, so here's my 2 cents..

Only a tiny number of our users are registered with, or read, the forums -- & even then, many simply can't install fixes etc. It would be a great help if you could upload the fixed file - either the fix or the whole fixed up aircraft! Any chance of doing that?

If I get the chance I might do it myself.

I'd say the only thing that really needs to be done is have a link from the base files to patch file as is done with other aircraft files here.. Other than sharing the links to the associated files I honestly don't know what else I could do?? I was (for a brief moment..) considering downloading the associated files & re-uploading accordingly but it's not my handy-work.. Meaning I didn't want to ummm... ruffle feathers messing with others submissions..
