Postby Dave T » Wed Jan 06, 2016 9:48 am

This was a test to see how many aircraft I could get to fly together using Formation Flight Toys for FSX.
My ragtag formation assembled

I can run four of this software simultaneously giving me sixteen aircraft of my choosing to fly with without any problems. The program is Formation Flight Toys for FSX and available from http://mudpond.org/

Thanks I just wanted to see if you could run multiple copies of this program to give you more than four aircraft. The programs freeware and simple to use so have fun Dave.

Still playing around with this program it would seem that the all the lights are always on and if the aircraft has gun effects they are on as well. Might have to look into disabling lights and gun effects temporarily for the aircraft you are going to use in screenshots.
A few more shots of lighting problem it looks like the b17 is being attacked.

My favourite shot so far the Lancaster and spit

Even with the lights always on you can still get some nice shots.

My last attempt was 80 Merlin engined aircraft circling the airfield without changing my ai settings on the laptop.

I had Mustangs,Spitfires,Mosquitos,Lancasters and Hurricanes it was cool just watching them fly over the airfield.
