HAY! THAT'S NOT FAIR!!!!

My IP, Comcast, tripled my download speed for no extra charge!

See! I told you so!

That picture is from a Comcast link. If I go to another test site that test speed drops to much less than half.

I know. Many people are slower. But my real downloads are somewhere between three to six times dialup speeds because the other service providers aren't pumping it out much faster.

Theoretically, I'm faster. But in reality I'm not any faster at all. NO ONE is putting out data at what could really be called a "fast" speed.

All my downloads take pretty much the same amount of time as before.

That advert reminds be of the British Telecom (BT) monopoly of the Internet Broadband telephone/telecom line system that we have over here in the UK!

Pay them for Internet data transfer...or go without!

Each year it gets more expensive!

The Service Providers connect us to the Internet.
BT provides the means of data transfer.

We have to pay for both, for Internet use!

Paul....8 mb/s download on a really good day....0.1 mb/s upload on a really good day... :( ...!

(...I suspect that the Internet speed in Outer Mongolia is faster than that?).
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.
