Though I am not sure why you would want the default FS2004 version when the Skyspirit version is actually a better detailed model with lot's of liveries and options available.

The best way to spot a CAB file is to look at the extension of the file it will not be a .GAU file but a .CAB file instead. A lot of up-loaders will put a CAB file in a separate folder and people will miss it.
I know that the 777 I downloaded had a CAB file in it for the main panel Now a days this is becoming more common.
