I know, for sure, that I'm shrinking.... ...

...I used to be 5-feet, 8-inches tall.... :( ...!

Paul.... ...!

...(its all the tonnage of "stuff" that I've carried in my back-pack, over the years).
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

.... ....!

Its a funny old do, but in my younger days, in the 1940's and 1950's, everyone was of average height, (ie: short), due to a solitary diet of Turnips and Swedes during the War....

Since then, all the youngsters have increased in height over the years, so that almost everyone is now much taller than me!

I "disappear" in the Check-out queue at Sainsbury's now....

...and stuff on the "top shelf" is always a problem!.... ...!

...and with in creasing age, we all "shrink" (height impaired), anyway!

Paul.... ...!

The starvation must have be absolutely horrible!

I assume that there has been a formal apology and some form of restitution to Sweden, but I couldn't believe that the British would be welcome back there for generations.

As to shortening with age, I'm one inch shorter now than in my youth.

I'm also not as tall.
