Blank Logbook

My logbook suddenly went blank. All entries are gone. No records of my flights, hours, aircraft type, results, anything. It also appears that I have also stopped collecting the hour-based, airport-based, and hour-based rewards. Additionally, I am missing rewards that I KNOW that I have earned. I'm missing the Netherlands Valor Medal, which is really frustrating because of all the time I spent trying to rescue the workers.

Is it possible that I'm dealing with a corrupted file here, and will an installation repair fix it?

Before you do anything check that your logbook file and both your grantedrewards files are still in the proper places.
You will have to enable hidden folders

Logbook location -- Start/documents/flight simulator x files/logbook.bin

granted rewards files should be two grantedrewards.bin & grantedrewardsold.bin located ---start/computer name/appdata/roaming/microsoft/fsx/grantedrewards.bin & grantedrewardsold.bin

Copy and paste them some place safe logbook.bin,grantedrewards.bin,grantedrewardsold.bin

You can also transfer logbook.bin,grantedrewards.bin and grantedrewardsold.bin to another pc to keep your logbook and rewards files matching. If you only want the rewards just copy rewards.bin files to the other computer.
