Fixed finally by one of our Grandchildren... :o

Apparently the Flight Simulator Water Configurator Uninstaller did not uninstall the entire program and left several Registry Keys...that is where the problem was.

When I first had a problem I Uninstalled and Installed the Program several times.

The next time this dam electronic gizmo will get the Rubber Mallet Treatment from ME :o
