As I stated one way around this is to change aircraft than change aircraft back to what you were flying the plane should load with all tanks full unless you have modified them.
I have noticed that every aircraft in my fleet has all tanks fully loaded as default so no matter when you select them the tanks will be full. Now mind you if you have a aircraft saved as part of a default start up and have changed the fuel in the tanks than this will not work for that aircraft.
Some people such as myself like to start all flights cold and dark and no gas and than add gas according to my flight plan. As a rule of thumb even in the real world pilots will try to put extra gas aboard if they can but sometimes due to cargo and passengers you can not add extra fuel with out removing something to offset the extra weight, Which usually means little or no cargo except for passenger bags..
When I worked a KJAX for Delta we use to have a flight that went to DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) and there were times that we could not put any cargo on board as we had to fill every tank we could with gas. This was a MD88 and it was always tricky loading this flight because of weight and balance issues. They call this aircraft a Load Planners night mere. And believe me it is.
