I tried locating the download, but no search produced a hit for that particular aircraft. Could you provide a link to the page?
But you can adjust the location of the lights by (Make a backup first) opening the aircraft.cfg file, locating the [lights] section, and editing the entries for each light. For example:
light.0 =3, -21.793000, 0.000000, 1.00000, fx_navwhi
The first set of numbers is front to back. The second set is for left and right. The last set is for up and down. If the lights are too high, make the last set of numbers more negative. The units are in feet, so in the above example the light is one foot too high, change the value to "0.0000", then test it. If it is still too high, try a negative value, -0.50000, and then save your edit then restart FSX and test. Repeat as needed. You have to either restart FSX or select a different aircraft, then reselect the aircraft you're working on in order to see any changes.
Note, if you installed FSX in default location, and do not have yourself set up as your computers Administrator, it's easiest to copy your aircraft.cfg to your desktop, make your changes and save, then copy and paste it from the desktop to the aircraft folder (Be sure you've made a backup .cfg first!).
