this is my systemm info..ill post more if you ask..but please tell me what i need to do to get this pre par3d to work on my pc...i havent bought it yet but i want to..but i dont think my pc can handle it..so any advice would be great.. hardware, parts whatever you can think of that would improve my graphics.. cause i love the pics u got goin on there.

There are hard physical reasons that your computer will not run Prepar3d V2.x.

One absolute requirement is that the video card must run DirectX 11 (DX11). And I don't think that your system could operate one of the newer video cards.

I'm not even sure that your computer would run FSX very well, unless most, if not all, of the sliders were pushed far to the left.

Yes to the interior shots...myself, I think having the interior shots adds to the screenshots being posted.

Not sure about anyone else but when I am around real aircraft I always make it a point to have a look inside if possible...

Not sure if anyone else notices this but military aircraft have a much nicer smell in the cockpit than their civilian counterparts. I could be blind folded and placed inside an aircraft and still tell you if it was military or civilian. I do not think military aircraft have as much plastic in the cockpits whether that is the reason or not.

Oh and while my old grey matter is still working OldAirmail I was thinking of looking for a good Mitsubishi mu2 for FSX. Do you have anything in your hangar

Great minds think alike.

I've been looking real hard for a great Turbo Commander 690B, but found nothing better than what I have.

A few internet sites will add a paint job & call it "new". But it's the same 690 that everyone else has.

I'd like to buy a better one, but that's not an option.



And that's when I recently found the Mitsubishi MU-2 design.

There is an "FSX"/FS2004 version, but I can't get up any enthusiasm for it. It looks so-so in FSX, and not very well in P3d. Of course, that's just my opinion.

As to a well made FSX version - nada.

That is until I found a two year old Milviz post, with an update from November 2014 saying that it's still being worked on.



The MU-2, I'd be somewhat interested in, as I like the design.

But I'd be VERY interested in a Turbo Commander 690 that matches the quality in my Carenado Bonanza V35B.

The first few pictures show the difference between being a real pilot, and make believe.

As a sim flyer, I can enjoy it when clouds make for good pictures.


BTW - the depicted weather south of Mount Rainier was "real weather" per OpusFSI.
