maybe i did something wrong...idk..ill try again...although i did manage to find another cirrus sr-22 but it dosent have landing lights..but it does have interior lighting so ill try your trick on it.. and ty again for the help

Just a thought. I see in another topic that you're using FSX Deluxe. Have you installed the SP1 & SP2 updates? You said you have Acceleration but haven't installed it yet. Acceleration includes the updates so I'm wondering if this might fix the problem.

i tried installing acceleration but my computer wouldnt load it saying that my graphics were too low. i am currently in the process of fixing this. i found a compatable graphics card on ebay which i plan to purchace. hopefully it will bump up my graphics.so that i can install acceleration

ok haggar..i tried your trick with the sr-22 with the aircraft cfg. as you displayed on page 1 and now my dome light has vanished and the wing lights are behind the wing not on the wing.. help?

i installed the original cfg. to fix the above issue but still no landing lights....any advice on how to fix it? maybe something to add to the cfg. file

I suspect your problem is caused by not having the FSX SP1 & SP2 updates installed. Until you're ready to install Acceleration (which includes these updates) it's possible that the original FS9 versions of the SR22 & A-10 would display correctly in your FSX.
