Anthin does it again with another nice looking plane and some great looking scenery and wow, what a great looking airport. I assume some more ORBX. I have got to get going on my new FSX setup and get into all this great looking scenery from ORBX.

Howdy all,

It's been a long time posting, but since KRDD was my home field, let me suggest a few touring flights for everyone..........as it's a beautiful area.
If you fly out of Redding and head east over Mt Lassen, you will come to Lake Almanor and there's Roger's Field at Chester, #O05 very nice short trip..........climb about 12k near Lassen Peak and then descend to the field.

If you like to fly north from Redding, you can land on Lake Shasta using a float and then continue on to the westside of Mt Shasta, and it's other peak called Shastina, (husband and wife) as the tale goes.
One can follow interstate 5 and land at various airports heading towards Oregon and beyond........
I've lived in a little town SSE of Redding for 30 years and have flown out of KRDD real time and in FSX many times, never get bored of the beauty of this area !!
Now I'm in Socal working on my suntan, LOL
