Our Ozzy has a habit of performing that trick, inverted, in a Spitfire, under Golden Gate Bridge, much to the annoyance of the San Francisco Police Department.... ...!
(Like Dirty Harry, there is nothing else quite so exciting as annoying the San Francisco Police Department).... ;) ... ;) ....!

Paul....An upright member of society?... ...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

You can be upright, but still be inverted!

Shortly after I checked in to VMF-333 in beautifull Beaufort-by-the-Sea (being facetious there, the place stinks! Literally!) very near Paris Island MCRD, we had a pilot (F-4N Phantom II) "relieved" of his wings. Seems he had a thing for flying under the local bridge near the airbase. The RIO got fed up with this pilot endagering his life for no good reason other than to show off, and threatened to eject them both if he tried it again (yes the RIO can do that). The pilot laughed, and did it inverted. The RIO went to the CO, who had no knowledge of the pilot's antics, and threw a fit, refusing to fly with this show-boat ever again, threatening to resign his commission. The CO imjmediately went out to where the pilot was sitting at his desk, ripped the guys wings ff his chest (very dramatic, although the patches are held on with velcro..), and told him he would never be promoted above LT.
Most of the pilots were relieved. Apparently this guy was a hazard to himself and others in the air, and the others were glad he was gone.

Just a little story "under the bridge" for y'all!
Safe flights to all, right side up or upside down!
Pat☺
Have fun, fly high, far, and free!
