Good morning Steve...

I always found smacking electronic gizmo's with a rubber mallet worked...perhaps it would be cheaper to try that unplug and plug back in thingy...

Thanks Doug, Rubber mallet might be quicker. I'm not sure my wife would remember the last bit about plugging it back in.
