scenery install

I recently downloaded Ireland vfr scenery, usual install instructions but last line reads " declare the scene in fsx - priority over orbx".
Does anyone know what this means and how to do it ???????

I believe what is required is after loading your scenery into the library you should make sure that your new choice has priority over orbx scenery, if you don't use orbx don't worry, if your using addon scenery your have nothing to do....priority is simply where place the file numerically 1.2.3.4.etc
