My main concern, when watching that video clip, was the possibility of preventing Rear Admiral John Kirby from frantically waving his arms around as he speaks.

The rest of it, I suddenly felt too giddy to watch.

(That ever-present flag in the background, searing itself into my eye-balls, didn't help very much, either!)... ...!
