How can I loose a sock!

We've all lost one now and then.

But not 43 and one half.

Surgery on ailing Great Dane yields 43 1/2 socks

At least now I know where all of thoes socks that I couldnt find in the dryer went to

How can you loose a sock? Obviously in this case, with surgery; losing a sock is much simpler even if you don't know how.

Nevertheless, this poor dog must have been in bad shape -- imagine what condition you'd be in if you'd been socked in the stomach over 43 times...
