...that fresh fish is good for our teeth/tooth.... :oops: .... and bones....

But it can be rather expensive!..... :shock: ...!

So...for yesterday's Dins...>>>

2 Breaded Cod Fish Cakes (25 pence each).
Mashed potatoes with milk and butter.
Mixed fresh vegetables: Carrots, Parsnip, Leek, mixed chopped Peppers.
Chopped Spinach.

With a nice Parsley Sauce...with extra added Parsley!

All very tasty...and good for me....... and my tooth!

The pork belly (?) looks good, my recollection was with beans....Swedish way of course.

And for drinks what would be the vino of your choice?
